We ship orders WORLDWIDE. We have FREE shipping for all orders. If you want to get your sign faster – in shopping cart, you can choose Express delivery. Express shipping is provided by DHL Express and FedEx.
Dates are indicated excluding weekends and holidays.
Returns
Let’s make neon® only offers returns and refunds on damaged products. If your sign arrives damaged, we will make an effort to solve the problem. Most likely we will remake your sign or part of it, in some cases we will refund. You have 7 days after receiving the package to initiate a return. Refunds are made using the same payment method. If you want a refund for a new product, the goods will be returned at your expense and in their original packaging. Contact us for more details.
Refunds are not provided for custom orders, please contact us if you have any problems with it.
Our products can be back up to 12-month warranty in all cases. The warranty period starts from the day you receive the sign. If something happened to it during this period, please contact us.
If you have a problem with the sign, please attach its photos and video in your email.
